Job Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer located in Shenzhen.

What a typical day looks like:
61 Leading a team to responsible for project on design and development from concept stage till production within the defined requirements
61 Work across functional teams to ensure product meet product specification, cost target, schedule, etc.
61 Design concept decision maker, including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability etc.
61 Provides technology leadership and makes decision on how to solve technical related problems so encountered throughout the development phases
61 Customer field issue support and resolvation
61 Support NPI manufacturing in factory
61 帶領團隊主導開關電源設計從方案到樣機、量產的開發，
61 協同其他部門保證產品滿足客戶規格，成本以及交期的需求，
61 負責硬件相關的系統方案設計和詳細方案設計、原理圖設計和器件選型，負責產品的EMC設計、安規設計、可靠性設計，
61 負責產品的調試測試，輸出設計開發、生產相關的完整交付資料，牽頭解決產品全生命周期中的技術質量問題，
61 解決客戶端調試或量產階段的技術質量問題
61 為工廠NPI生產提供技術支持

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
61 10 years design experience in power supply design (Telecom, Server, OBC ...), independent project design experience.
61 Experience of mi-high power products' development from prototype to mass production.
61 Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, well understanding about popular topology such as Boost, Totem-pole, LLC ,flyback, forward, PSFB, etc.
61 Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulation, familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
61 Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work
61 本科以上學歷，電力電子或自動化相關專業，碩士以上學歷優先考慮
61 10年以上的電源設計和開發經驗，有獨立主導中大功率產品研發到量產的經驗優先，有大功率電池儲備電經驗優先。
61 扎實的電力電子技術基礎和較強的動手能力，熟悉電力電子線路，基礎控制理論和功率半導體器件特性；
61 對Boost，Totem-pole，LLC，flyback，Forward，PSFB等拓撲有深入的了解。
61 熟悉AC / DC PSU的EMC和安規設計, 熟練掌握MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PADs等軟件
61 積極主動、善于溝通表達、團隊合作性強
61 良好的英語讀寫能力
