Job Responsibilities:
-During the project initiation phase, communicate with clients to understand their requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss technical solutions, costs, and delivery timelines, and secure business orders.
-After order confirmation, define project objectives and requirements, and work with the team to develop and finalize detailed design plans.
-Establish project scope (time, quality, and cost) and create reasonable project activities and timelines.
-Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, while coordinating with external suppliers and internal departments.
-Ensure all project tasks are completed within the target scope. Assess project implementation risks.
-Organize and lead project team members, manage client changes during the project, and resolve issues that arise.
-Monitor project progress, ensure documentation completeness, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Coordinate resources to complete project acceptance.
-Analyze and summarize final project outcomes, ensure team members work toward set goals, and conduct performance evaluations for project team members.
-Regularly report project progress to management.
-Handle other ad-hoc tasks related to the project.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
-PMP certification preferred.
-Proficient in project management tools with strong data analysis skills.
-Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) as a working language (mandatory).
